How can you turn your business into a bestseller?

We focus on turning your business into a bestseller by passing your business message on in a way that people are willing to listen to. We provide linguistic inspiration and humour for web sites, e-zines, newsletters, magazine or newspaper articles and business novels. We can put a smile on your customer's face and your company name in their minds.

Tango cover picBreaking news! My new business networking novel It Takes Teamwork to Tango is now available. Visit the Tango web site to read free sample chapters and request the free e-book that accompanies it.

It's a novel, not a text book. It's fun, but you also might just learn a thing or two!

Russ is a member of the Book Cooks team, a dedicated group of successful writers, editors, PR and marketing experts. If you're looking for almost any of the professional services that relate to writing, publishing and marketing a book, you're definitely in the 'write' place!

We serve up a three-course service from Pipedream to Proposal, to Proposal to Published and, most importantly, Published to Profit. Contact Russ for more information.

Humour makes the listener think twice about what you’ve just said.
Does this make it the perfect vehicle for your business message?

We also specialise in writing and editing successful business web sites. Russ is the humorous scientist of the team. His expertise is making complex subjects both entertaining and easy to understand. It is often difficult to know how much information to give your readers and at what level to pitch it. Russ is experienced in science and business writing aimed at both experts and the layperson. Sometimes you fancy fillet steak, other times you may crave a beef burger - there is no reason why they both can't be tasty and easy to digest.

Press play (sometimes twice) on the video below to hear a short message from Russ.

Who is Russ Writes?

Russ Writes consists of Russ King and his network of trusted contacts. Russ is a freelance writer who rebelled after completing his psychology-based PhD at Cambridge University by creating a career out of smuggling humour into science. He has since diversified into many areas of writing.

Russ is happily married, fully house trained and needs to learn to complain more about bad service in restaurants. He objects to having his hair cut and is known to resemble a 70's fashion reject at the weekend.
